This recipe is our take on a beloved beverage, and while traditionally sugar and cinnamon are added during the brewing process, we simplified the steps by adding sweet chocolate syrup to our Classic Cold Brew with a light dusting of cinnamon to finish. 1oz Chocolate Syrup
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
8oz Lavazza Cold Brew
1/2 cup whole milk or half and half
1/2 cup Heavy cream (for topping)
1. Combine Lavazza Classic Cold Brew, ground cinnamon and chocolate syrup. Mix well.
2. Add milk.
3. To make the topping, use a milk frother in the cream until it thickens. This should take a few seconds.
4. Assemble your drink, pouring your sweetened coffee into a cup. Add ice according to your taste. Spoon on cream topping and dust with cinnamon powder.
