Ingredients

1 shot of Espresso Barista Gran Crema
3 oz milk
2 pumps of pumpkin pie sauce
Whipped cream (optional)

Equipment

Espresso grinder
Espresso machine
Steaming pitcher

Procedures

Step 1: Add pumpkin pie sauce to the cup.

Step 2: Pull espresso shot directly over the sauce.

Step 3: During espresso extraction, steam your milk “latte style” and prepare milk to pour, swirling and tapping out excess air.

Step 4: Pour steamed milk into cup until it is half full.

Step 5: Stir well.

Step 6: Pour additional steamed milk into the cup to the rim, leaving room for whipped cream—if desired.

Step 7: Top with whipped cream (optional).
