Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The US Open House Blend Perfetto Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, July 15, 2026, and continues through 11:59 p.m. ET on Sunday, August 16, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Lavazza North America, Inc 1301 Wilson Drive, West Chester, PA 19380. (“Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons eighteen years of age or older who are legal residents of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Delaware and Maryland and have internet access as of the date of entry. Limit one (1) Submission per person and household throughout the Sweepstakes Period. For the avoidance of doubt, the above one (1) per household limit means that only one person living at the given address can enter the Sweepstakes. Duplicate Submissions or more than one Submission by the same person will be subject to disqualifications of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Wakefern Food Corp., ShopRite, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, members, divisions, affiliates, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies (“Sponsor and Promotion Parties”), and those individuals who are immediate family members of Sponsor and Promotion Parties, or persons living in the same household as Sponsor and Promotion Parties, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. “Immediate family” means parents, siblings, children and spouse. Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Sweepstakes Period, go to https://www.lavazzausa.com/en/shoprite-us-open-tickets-house-blend-sweepstakes-lp and complete the online registration by providing all required information to enter the Sweepstakes. Registration is free. You will be asked to provide your name, date of birth, address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime and evening phone numbers and e-mail address (optional) and the ShopRite® store location at which you shop (optional). Online entries must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period. No other method of entry is accepted. Any entries generated by a script, bot, macro program, or other automated means, or any entries that subvert the entry process, will be void. One entry per person/household/email address. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry of information by participants; lost entries or transmissions, interrupted or unavailable network, server, or other connections; scrambled transmissions or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, or electronic, technical malfunctions or the computer hardware, software, or any combination thereof; or problems associated with any virus or any other damage caused to participants’ systems.
PRIZE:
One (1) prize will be offered. The prize consists of a 1-year supply of Lavazza House Blend Perfetto ground coffee, and two (2) tickets (the winner and one (1) guest) to the 2026 US Open Tennis Championships (the “US Open”) for a evening session on September 9, 2026, or alternatively the day of the Sponsor’s choice determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The prize winner must provide a valid US shipping address within the continental US, AK, or HI that is accessible to common delivery couriers including but not limited to the US Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, UPS. The winner and guest will be bound by and must comply with all terms and conditions relating to the Lavazza Lounge and the US Open. US Open match dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the event organizer and may be subject to change. Any other costs or expenses associated with the prizes not specified herein will be the responsibility of the selected winner, including travel to the US Open Tennis Championships, which is being held in New York, NY.
Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. No substitution or transfer of any prize or election of cash in lieu of any prize by Winner will be permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable. All federal, state, and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner.
SELECTION OF WINNER: On August 31, 2026, Sponsor will select, via a random drawing, Winner from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Selected Winner will be notified by U.S. mail, email, and/or telephone 7 days after the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. In the event of a dispute over the identity of the selected Winner, the Winner will be deemed to be the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used at registration. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. In order to be awarded a prize, selected Winner must sign and complete a General Release of Liability and Publicity Release and return it within 10 days of the date of the selected Winner’s receipt of prize award notification. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to deliver the notification to selected Winner. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted within 15 days of the drawing, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize within 15 days of initial contact, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant who will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. If selected Winner has moved to a different address, it is the sole responsibility of the selected Winner to notify the Sponsor or designated agent of the selected Winner’s new address. Sponsor is not responsible for any undeliverable prize deliveries due to change of address. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to conduct a background check on any potential Winner and to disqualify any Winner whose association with the Sweepstakes could, in Sponsor's sole judgment, reflect negatively on Sponsor or the Sweepstakes. By accepting and/or using prize, Winner gives Sponsor the rights to use Winner’s name, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of inclusion on a Winner’s List, and in advertising, trade, or promotion, without further compensation worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media including the Internet, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
CONDITIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final. Sponsor, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent company, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of any prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or other technical problem of any sort, or any event beyond Sponsor's control (including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government orders, civil unrest, terrorism, war, or labor disputes), corrupts or affects the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, amend these Official Rules, or change any element thereof, with or without notice, at any time, due to printing errors, web site errors, transmission errors or other mistakes or problems in the production or administration of the Sweepstakes, or for any other reason Sponsor deems necessary in its sole discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. By participating, entrants agree that these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Entrants agree that any claims shall be brought in the entrant's individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. Entrants further agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor, and its employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR OR THE PROMOTION PARTIES BE LIABLE TO ANY ENTRANT OR WINNER FOR DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE VALUE OF THE PRIZE WON BY SUCH WINNER, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR OR THE PROMOTION PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY.
Entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Information collected from entrants may include name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address, and will be used by Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes, selecting and notifying Winners, and fulfilling prizes. Entrant information may also be used by Sponsor for marketing communications; by entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to receiving such communications from Sponsor. Entrants may have rights with respect to their personal information under applicable state privacy laws; please refer to Sponsor's Privacy Policy for details.
WINNER’S NAME: To obtain a list of the Winner’s name, send your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: the US Open House Blend Perfetto Contest Winner Name, Lavazza North America, Inc. 1301 Wilson Drive, West Chester, PA 19380. Requests must be received no later than September 16, 2026.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such finding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of such provision.
