INGREDIENTS
A double shot of espresso (we recommend Lavazza Barista Gran Crema or Lavazza Super Crema)
Two scoops of vanilla ice cream
Two tablespoons of chocolate syrup
A chocolate cigar stick to garnish
EQUIPMENT
Martini glass
PROCEDURE
STEP 1
Glaze your martini glass with chocolate syrup.
STEP 2
Add two scoops of vanilla ice cream to your glass.
STEP 3
Pour two shots of fresh espresso on top of the ice cream.
STEP 4
Break your chocolate cigar into two pieces and garnish on the glass.
