On the spookiest night of the year, not all monsters have to scare us. Because there's only one real monsterfood waste, and not just on Halloween!

Three renowned chefs and Lavazza ambassadors, Massimo Bottura, Carlo Cracco and Norbert Niederkofler, show us how to revive everyday, seemingly spoiled food and give it a new life.

The chefs are behind the kitchen counter to fight food waste. They prepare simple yet delicious dishes with respectively bread, tomatoes and chard that seem lifeless, proving that forgotten ingredients can actually be turned into tasteful recipes. 

Despite the increasing importance of mindfulness and resource conservation, food waste remains a major problem that occurs every day.

It is in the hands of all of us to take action and curb the food waste problem. So do your part, look in your fridge for food that looks lifeless and dead, and start cooking dishes based on the revived recipes instead!
