The Solstice celebrates Lavazza’s growing presence in Texas and the opening of our Texas Training Center in 2026, a space designed to foster community, creativity, and connection. Inspired by the state's spirit of hospitality and vibrant energy, this drink reflects how Lavazza brings people together through memorable coffee experiences while creating opportunities for learning, collaboration, and growth.

Ingredients:

  • Ice
  • 1 oz Espresso
  • 1 oz Dark Rum (Bacardi 8)
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  • 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
  • Dehydrated orange wheel, pineapple wheel, or lime wheel.

Equipment:

  • Espresso machine
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger/measuring tool
  • Serving glass

Procedure:

  • Add pineapple juice, orange juice, dark rum, simple syrup, and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with 1 shot (1 oz) of espresso.
  • Garnish with a dehydrated orange, pineapple, or lime wheel, and enjoy!
