INGREDIENTS:

1oz/30ml Black or Amarena Cherry Syrup
40ml Espresso (using 1 capsule brewed on regular)
5oz/150ml Almond Milk
Ice
Optional: Cherries for garnish

EQUIPMENT:

Tall Glass

PROCEDURE:

Place the cherry syrup in your glass.
Pour the almond milk into the glass.
Add ice to the glass, leaving enough room for the espresso.
Brew one capsule of espresso and pour over the contents of the glass.

VARIATIONS:

Make it hot: using a milk frother or French press, you can achieve a perfect milk foam to top your latte.

PROCEDURE:

Place the cherry syrup in a mug or heatproof glass.
Brew one capsule of espresso and mix with the syrup.
Heat the milk to about 150-160F (65-70C).
Froth the milk using your milk frother or French press to create a layer of foam.
Pour the milk over the syrup and espresso.
