This recipe was created as a result of a coffee cocktail competition among students at the Florida International University Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management. Congratulations to the winning student, Yasmine Tesone. Yasmine is currently a Junior studying Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University (FIU) in the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
Step 1: Pour Banks 7 rum, coffee, lime juice, orange curaçao, and orgeat syrup into a shaker.
Step 2: Fill with ice and shake until chilled.
Step 3: Strain over an iced glass.
Step 4: Garnish with Lime and Filthy® Cherry Flag and an orange wheel, then spray with cacao bitters and enjoy!
