Mexican Honey Cold Brew Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

3 oz Lavazza Cold Brew Lavazza NITRO Cold Brew
2 oz Grey Goose
1 oz Honey Almond Simple Syrup
3 Dashes Mexican Chocolate Bitters

Honey Almond Simple Syrup:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water

Almond Extract

EQUIPMENT

Shaker
Cocktail Glass

PROCEDURE

  1. Heat the honey and the water together until the honey has dissolved.
  2. Place about three drops of almonds extract and wait until you get the aromatics.
  3. Place all ingredients in a Boston shaker and shake about 10 seconds or until chilled.
  4. Strain, Garnish with almonds and serve.
