Peppermint Vanilla Latte

By the Lavazza Team 2–3 minutes

Indulge in the delightful blend of peppermint and vanilla with this latte recipe. Using our ¡Tierra! For Planet capsules compatible with Nespresso* Original Machines, this refreshing beverage not only excites your taste buds but also supports sustainable agriculture practices.

Ingredients:

  • 0.5oz/15ml Mint Syrup
  • 0.5oz/15ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 40ml Espresso or 1 capsule compatible with Nespresso* Original Machines (Suggested: ¡Tierra! for Planet)
  • 5oz/150ml Milk
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
  • Sprinkles (optional, for garnish)

Equipment:

  • Espresso Machine
  • Milk Frother or French Press 
  • Mug or Tall Heat-Proof Glass

Procedure:

  1. Combine the peppermint and vanilla syrups in your mug or glass. 
  2. Brew your espresso and mix with the syrup.
  3. Heat your preferred milk to about 150-160F (65-70C).
  4. Froth the milk using your frother or French press to create a layer of foam.
  5. Pour the milk over the syrups and espresso.
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles and enjoy!
