The Film Independent Spirit Awards showcase independent voices and fresh approaches to filmmaking. Lavazza brings that same spirit of discovery and creativity to coffee by introducing attendees of the 41st annual Spirit Awards to the Carajillo – a classic drink from Mexico that reimagines what espresso can be.

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz Liqueur (such as Licor 43)

½ oz Roasted Hazelnut Syrup (we use Monin brand)

2 shots Lavazza Espresso

Ice

Equipment:

12 oz Glass

Cocktail shaker

Procedure:

1. Combine all ingredients in the shaker.

2. Cap and shake vigorously.

3. Strain into the glass, and enjoy!
