The sun is out, and flowers are beginning to bloom. It's time to make a fresh new Lavazza new recipe to “Welcome Spring”—featuring our new Lavazza Aluminum Capsules compatible with Nespresso* Original machines.

INGREDIENTS
10 ml Cherry Syrup
8 ml Lemonade
20 ml of Espresso, brewed with your choice of Lavazza Aluminum Capsules compatible with Nespresso* Original machines
Crushed Ice
Mint Leaves
EQUIPMENT
Espresso machine that uses Capsules compatible with Nespresso* Original machines
Tall Clear Cocktail Glass
Wire strainer
PROCEDURE
STEP 1
Fill Cocktail Glass with Crushed Ice.
STEP 2
Brew Espresso into a pouring cup.
STEP 3
Pour 10ml of Cherry Syrup into glass of ice.
STEP 4
Pour 8ml of Lemonade as next layer.
STEP 5
Fill Wire Strainer with Crushed Ice.
STEP 6
Pour the brewed espresso shot over the crushed Ice through the strainer and have the chilled, strained espresso form the third layer of the drink.
STEP 7
Garnish with Fresh Mint Leaves.
