Sugar Cookie Coffee with Lavazza Classico
INGREDIENTS
12-cup traditional coffee pot brewed fresh with Lavazza Classico
2 cups half-and-half
1/2 cup good quality white chocolate chips
3 tablespoons vanilla syrup
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Whipped cream.

PROCEDURE
STEP 1
Using a traditional 12 cup coffee maker - use ½ cup of pre-ground Lavazza Classico to fill 12-cup pot.
STEP 2
While the coffee is brewing, combine half-and-half, white chocolate chips, vanilla syrup, and almond extract in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until white chocolate chips melt, stirring regularly.
STEP 3
Pour coffee into mugs and add the sugar cookie creamer to taste. Top with whipped cream.
